Why we made this app
I'm Jacob, the developer. My wife Maya has ADHD, and cleaning has always been hard for her. A messy house doesn't just feel inconvenient, it feels impossible. She gets overwhelmed, doesn't know where to start, and struggling to prioritize makes everything feel like too much.
Over the years she found a few things that actually helped. The biggest one: recording a timelapse video while she cleans. It keeps her going, and watching it back later is genuinely satisfying. She can see her own progress instead of her brain telling her she didn't do enough.
Other things that work for her: setting a 10-minute timer so it's not "clean the whole room," just 10 minutes. And breaking a room into small tasks so she can check things off instead of staring at one big, blurry job.
We built this ADHD Cleaning Planner together for anyone who, like Maya, wants a little structure and a lot of compassion. If a messy house has ever made you feel stuck, this app is for you.

Cleaning with ADHD: tips that actually work
If you have ADHD, cleaning and housekeeping can feel impossible. A messy house leads to overwhelm, and not knowing where to start makes it worse. You're not lazy. Your brain just needs different strategies: small tasks instead of "clean everything," a timer so it's only 10 minutes, and one room at a time so you're not paralyzed by the whole house.
Many people with ADHD use body doubling to get things done: having someone else there, even just on screen, makes it easier to start and keep going. "Clean with me" videos work that way. A timelapse of your own cleaning can do something similar: you're literally watching yourself clean, and before and after photos give you proof you did something. That visual progress is satisfying and can boost your cleaning motivation when you're struggling to start again.
We built this ADHD cleaning app for anyone who gets overwhelmed by a messy house and wants a little structure without the guilt. Room-by-room tasks, a "Help, I can't start" nudge, and a place to see your progress. If cleaning with ADHD has ever made you feel stuck, you're in the right place.
