Privacy Policy (Android)

ADHD Cleaning Planner (“the App”) is published by UMH Digital for Android and distributed through Google Play.
Your privacy matters to us. This document explains how information is handled within the App on your device.
1. Data Collection
The App stores your cleaning tasks, progress, and personal data locally on your device. This data is processed locally to provide you with insights and track your cleaning progress.
2. Local Storage
All your cleaning data, including tasks, progress, photos, and timelapse videos, is stored locally on your device. No data is synced to external servers without your explicit action.
If you use Android backup or device transfer, Google may store a copy of eligible app data according to your device settings and Google’s policies. Large media such as photos and timelapses is excluded from backup in this App where the system allows it.
3. Photos
The App allows you to take before and after photos of your cleaning progress. These photos are stored locally on your device within the App’s data storage. Photos are not uploaded to any external servers, shared with third parties, or accessed by us.
To use this feature, the App requires camera permission. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
4. Timelapse Videos
The App allows you to record timelapse videos while cleaning. These videos are stored locally on your device within the App’s data storage. Timelapse videos are not uploaded to any external servers, shared with third parties, or accessed by us.
To use this feature, the App requires camera permission. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
5. Analytics and Third-Party Services
The App does not use advertising, advertising identifiers, or marketing tracking for your cleaning content. Your tasks, photos, and timelapse videos are not sold or shared for advertising profiling. The only voluntary sharing of information you enter in the App is feedback you send (see below). In-app purchases and Google Play billing are processed by Google under Google’s terms.
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers premium features through in-app purchases:
- Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing subscription that provides access to premium features
- Yearly Subscription: Auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial, then billed annually
- Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access to premium features
Payment Processing: Google Play manages all payment processing. The App itself never receives or stores any payment details, credit card information, or billing addresses.
Subscription Management: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play: open the Play Store app → Menu → Subscriptions (or visit Google Play subscriptions while signed in). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For yearly subscriptions, you can cancel during the free trial to avoid being charged.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google according to Google Play’s refund policies.
7. Notifications
The App may send you local notifications to remind you about your cleaning routine. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device and do not use our servers. On Android, reminders may be rescheduled after you restart your device (local scheduling only). You can control notification permissions in your device settings and toggle notifications on or off within the App settings.
8. Feedback and Contact
The App provides a feedback feature that allows you to send us messages directly from the App. When you send feedback, your message (including any optional name and email address you provide) is transmitted securely to us via a third-party email service (Web3Forms). We only receive the information you choose to include in your feedback message.

9. Data Deletion
You can delete your data by uninstalling the App or, on many Android devices, by clearing app storage in Settings → Apps → this App → Storage. All photos, timelapse videos, and cleaning data stored in the App’s private storage will be removed when you uninstall or clear storage.
10. Google Play rating prompts
The App may show Google Play’s built-in rating flow (In-App Review). Whether you see a prompt, and when, is determined by Google Play. The App does not receive the text of your review or rating. This service is provided by Google and is governed by Google’s terms and privacy policy (see https://policies.google.com/privacy).
11. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data via the feedback feature, please contact us at info@umhdigital.com and we will delete it where required.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
